Consulting in strategy building and implementation
POLINVEST develops future action strategies, both in the context of complex business activity and the selected areas of operation or business processes, e.g. marketing and sale, organisation and management, finance and investment programmes being considered. POLINVEST’s involvement in the area of strategy development and implementation regards both the cases of looking for new directions of development, the need for reconstructing of a business model of the so-far activity, and the necessity of deeper financial and organisational restructuring caused by permanent problems in the area of sales profitability and current debt handling.
